  • Mon. – Fri. : 9 am – 6 pm
  • Bi-weekend Saturdays : 9 am – 12 pm
  • Lunch Time : 12 am – 1 pm
• Examination Procedure of Metabolic Syndrome
  • Basic questionnaire → Abdominal circumference, blood-pressure measurement → body fat measurement → Blood Test (Glucose, Triglycerides, HDL, total cholesterol), require 5 minutes→ consultation result → nutrition consultation→ exercise consultation
• Preparation : Fast from 10 pm, the night before examination (※Fasting required for more than 10 hours)
• Examination costs : Free (Reservation required)
