Filming locations of K-Dramas and K-TV Shows

Take a trip to where your favorite K-dramas, TV shows and films were shot, such as 63 Square where the members of Running Man, a popular TV show, were engaged in a chase, and the Hangang River Cruise where a wedding party on board in the K-drama “My Love from the Star” was shot.

This park, where the old water purification plant showing the remnants of the past, forms the basis of harmony with the natural environment of beautiful trees, shrubs and flowers. In the Thai film Hello Stranger, there is a scene where the male and female leading characters’ motorbike on Yunjung-ro filled with cherry blossoms in full bloom. In spring, take a walk down Yunjung-ro with your loved ones!

The cruise ship departs from the ferry terminal and sails along the Hangang River surrounded by the fantastic night scenery of the city. This is a romantic dating spot. The K-drama My Love From the Star, starring Jun Ji-hyun and Kim Soo-hyun, has a scene of a splendid wedding party on board under the fireworks in the night sky. This scene was shot in the Hangang River Cruise.

63 Square, a landmark of Seoul by the Hangang River, is characterized with the golden-colored windows that change color according to the amount of sunshine. So, it was nicknamed the “Gold Bar.” Avengers: Age of Ultron, a Hollywood blockbuster film, was shot against with 63 Square and the Hangang River in the background.

Times SquareThe Last Empress (2018-2019) [SBS drama], Midas (2011) [SBS Drama] / Running Man (Ep. 1) [TV show]

Times Square in Yeongdeungpo-gu offers a pleasant shopping environment as natural light is let in through the large glass ceiling and walls of Atrium, the front gate of this shopping mall.
